Trypsin acts as an enzyme to help dissociate cells from their culture vessel. EDTA is a calcium chelator that helps to prevent clumping of cells.
0.05% Trypsin/0.02% EDTA Solution may be stored at -20°C until the expiration date or at 4-8°C for up to 1 month.
