Normal Human Hematopoietic Cells

Hematopoietic Cells include:

  • Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC), an ideal culture model for the study of immunology, autoimmune disorders, infectious diseases, hematologic malignancies, vaccine development, high throughput screening, and transplant immunology. Purified from leukapharesed peripheral blood using density
    centrifugation.
  • Human CD3+ Pan T Cells, an ideal culture model for the study of immunology, immunotherapy, autoimmunity, cancer, cell-based therapies, and infectious diseases. Purified from leukapharesed peripheral blood using immunomagnetic
    negative selection.
  • Human CD4+ T Cells and CD8+ T Cells. Both cells provide an ideal culture model for the study of immunology. Purified from leukapharesed peripheral blood using immunomagnetic negative selection.
  • Human CD14+ Monocytes and CD19+ B Cells. Both provide an ideal culture model for the study of immunology. Purified from leukapharesed peripheral blood using immunomagnetic positive selection.

Choose cells alone, or cells and RPMI in a complete kit.
