Human CD19+ B Cells

Lifeline® Human CD19+ B Cells provide an ideal culture model for the study of immunology. These normal human CD19+ B Cells are purified from leukapharesed peripheral blood using immunomagnetic positive selection. 

Human CD19+ B Cells are cryopreserved directly after isolation to ensure optimal phenotype and the highest viability and plating efficiency. Our Human CD19+ B cells are quality tested via flow cytometry to ensure the enrichment of CD19+ cells.  

Lifeline  CD19+ B Cells are maintained in a suspension culture. B Cells will not proliferate under maintenance conditions. 

CD19+ B Cells are not exposed to antimicrobials or phenol red. (Lifeline® offers antimicrobials and phenol red but they aren’t required for eukaryotic cell proliferation.)

Use RPMI1640-FBS Medium Complete Kit with CD19+ B Cells. The Kit includes frozen basal medium containing phenol red, 2 mM L-glutamine, 25 mM HEPES and 1 mM sodium Pyruvate. The Complete Kit also includes Fetal Bovine Serum and GA (Gentamicin and Amphotericin B).
