Primary normal human keratinocytes include: oral keratinocytes, adult keratinocytes, and neonatal keratinocytes.
These primary human keratinocytes are directly cultured from their source organ tissue: adult and neonatal keratinocytes from the epidermis, and oral keratinocytes from gingiva.
