Product Description

AdipoLife™ DfKt™-1 Adipogenesis Medium is optimized for the differentiation of Human Adult Mesenchymal Stem Cells (HMSC-Ad) and Pre-Adipocytes (HNSC-PA) into adipocytes.

AdipoLife Basal medium contains no antimicrobials and no phenol red. Antimicrobials are not required, but are recommended during differentiation due to the duration of culture and the frequency of handling of the cultures. Antmicrobials and phenol red may be purchased separately from Lifeline^®, 

AdipoLife is offered in a kit format composed of adipogenic basal medium and associated supplements and differentiation factors called DifFactors™.  This kit allows you to prepare fresh medium in your laboratory, extending shelf life and enhancing performance. AdipoLife Basal Medium is provided in a 100 mL bottle.

AdipoLife DfKt-1 Adipogenesis Medium Complete Kit includes:

• AdipoLife Basal Medium 100 mL
• DifFactor™ 1  — 1.0 mL
• DifFactor™ 2  — 5.0 mL

In comparisons with commercially-available media, AdipoLife DfKt-1 shows superior efficiency of differentiation as is demonstrated by the greater accumulation of lipid vesicles.
