Lifeline® Human CD8+ T Cells provide an ideal culture model for the study of immunology. Human CD8+ T Cells are purified from leukapharesed peripheral blood using immunomagnetic negative selection. 

Human CD8+ T Cells are cryopreserved directly after isolation to ensure optimal phenotype and the highest viability and plating efficiency. Lifeline  Human CD8+ T Cells are quality tested via flow cytometry to ensure the enrichment of CD8+ cells.  

CD8+ T Cells are maintained in a suspension culture.  CD8+ T Cells will not proliferate under maintenance conditions. 

Lifeline CD8+ T Cells are not exposed to antimicrobials or phenol red.  5M cells per vial.

Use RPMI1640-FBS Medium Complete Kit with CD8+ T Cells. The Kit includes frozen basal medium containing phenol red, 2 mM L-glutamine, 25 mM HEPES and 1 mM sodium Pyruvate. The Complete Kit also includes Fetal Bovine Serum and GA (Gentamicin and Amphotericin B).
