Lifeline^® Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC) provide an ideal culture model for the study of immunology, autoimmune disorders, infectious diseases, hematologic malignancies, vaccine development, high throughput screening, and
transplant immunology.

Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells are purified from leukapharesed peripheral blood using density centrifugation. They are cryopreserved directly after isolation to ensure optimal phenotype and the highest viability.

Lifeline Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells are extensively tested for quality and optimal performance, and their performance and quality is guaranteed. The cells have not been exposed to antimicrobials or phenol red.

Each vial includes 50 x 10⁶cells.

Use RPMI1640-FBS Medium Complete Kit  with Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells. The Kit includes frozen basal medium containing phenol red, 2 mM L-glutamine, 25 mM HEPES and 1 mM sodium Pyruvate. The Complete Kit also includes Fetal Bovine Serum and GA (Gentamicin and Amphotericin B).
