ReproLife™ CX Cervical Epithelial Medium Complete Kit is a new medium optimized for the culture of Normal Human Primary Cervical Epithelial Cells (HCxEC). ReproLife CX supports the growth of these cells over a period of at least 5 population doublings.  

MEDIA DESIGNED FOR EACH PRIMARY CELL TYPE: ReproLife CX Cervical Medium is composed and supplemented to maximize the life expectancy of Primary Cervical Epithelial Cells & Normal Human Primary Fallopian Tube Epithelial Cells (FC-0081).

Primary Cervical Cells cultured in ReproLife medium will out-perform cells grown in similar media: cells plate better, grow more quickly, maintain better morphology, for consistently reproducible results.

ReproLife CX is offered in a kit format composed of basal medium and associated supplements and growth factors called “LifeFactors.” This kit allows preparation of fresh medium in your laboratory, extending shelf life and enhancing performance.

ReproLife CX Basal Medium contains no antimicrobials and no phenol red, and is provided in a light-protected 500 mL bottle. ReproLife CX LifeFactors include:
